Review register block details in a document

Review a snapshot of register data, including grouped rows and key fields, within a document composition screen.

Steps

Step 1: Open the document composition view

Navigate to the document composition area where register blocks are displayed as cards within your document layout.

Step 2: Locate the register block card

Find the card that shows register information, identified by its source label such as Documents or Project records and any item type name.

Step 3: Review grouped register rows

Examine how rows are grouped, including any group labels and tones that visually highlight critical, warning, neutral, or OK groupings.

Step 4: Check column values and formatting

Read each cell value in the register snapshot, with dates, times, currency, percentages, boolean flags, and lists all formatted for easy understanding.

Step 5: Interpret status tones in the register

For columns using status, use the background and text tone styling to quickly understand the status of each row, such as issues that are critical or OK.
