Review a snapshot of register data, including grouped rows and key fields, within a document composition screen.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the document composition view
Navigate to the document composition area where register blocks are displayed as cards within your document layout.

Step 2: Locate the register block card
Find the card that shows register information, identified by its source label such as Documents or Project records and any item type name.

Step 3: Review grouped register rows
Examine how rows are grouped, including any group labels and tones that visually highlight critical, warning, neutral, or OK groupings.

Step 4: Check column values and formatting
Read each cell value in the register snapshot, with dates, times, currency, percentages, boolean flags, and lists all formatted for easy understanding.

Step 5: Interpret status tones in the register
For columns using status, use the background and text tone styling to quickly understand the status of each row, such as issues that are critical or OK.
