This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the register section in the document composer
In the document composer, scroll to the registers area where your register blocks are listed as cards.

Step 2: Identify the register source and layout
On the register block card, check the header to see the register source label (for example Programme, Documents or People and companies) and confirm the layout style being used.

Step 3: Check applied filters
In the card body, review the list of filter summaries to see which conditions (such as statuses, dates or categories) are applied to this register block.

Step 4: Review grouped data snapshot
Look at the preview table or grouped rows on the card to see a snapshot of columns, grouped values and any empty-state message that will appear in the final document.

Step 5: Confirm the register block suits your reporting needs
Use the source, filters and snapshot information on the card to decide whether this register block gives the right view of your project data for the document you are composing.
