Choose which pages to include from a document

Select all pages or specific pages from a document to include in a PDF export before adding or updating the document in your workspace.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the document page picker

Open the document editor or embed area and choose the option to change which pages are included; the Document Page Picker opens showing a preview of the PDF.

Step 2: Use the default full-document selection

By default the picker is set to "Full document", meaning every page in the PDF will be included when you export or attach the document.

Step 3: Select a single page from the thumbnails

Click a "Select page X" button under a thumbnail to choose a single page; a message confirms that only that page will be included in the PDF export.

Step 4: Review or change an existing page selection

When reopening the picker for an already configured document, the previously selected page is highlighted so you can quickly review or change your choice.

Step 5: Move between sets of page thumbnails

Use the "Next pages" (and, where available, "Previous pages") buttons to browse through ranges such as "Pages 13–24 of 32" until you find the pages you need.

Step 6: Confirm the pages to include in the PDF

Once you are happy with the selection, choose the confirm action (for example "Add document" or "Update page") to save the chosen pages and update the embed.

Step 7: Cancel without applying any changes

If you decide not to change the page selection, click "Cancel" to close the picker and return to the previous screen without altering the existing document embed.
