Preview a document page
Quickly preview an individual page of a document to confirm its content and layout without opening the full viewer.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the document with page previews
Navigate to the document that shows page thumbnails; each thumbnail represents a single page preview generated from the PDF rendition.

Step 2: Locate the page you want to review
Scroll through the list of page previews and find the page number you need to check, using the page labels shown beneath or beside each preview.

Step 3: Wait for the preview to load
When a page preview is requested, a loading spinner appears while the system prepares a high-quality image of the page using the PDF rendition pipeline.

Step 4: Review the rendered page snapshot
Once loaded, the selected page is shown as a static snapshot, allowing you to visually confirm its content, structure, and placement within the document.

Step 5: Identify pages without available previews
If a page preview cannot be generated, a placeholder card with a document icon and the page number is shown so you can still reference that page in discussions and planning.
