Create and update report templates in Template Studio

Use Template Studio to create new report templates or update existing ones for your project.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open Template Studio for your project

Navigate to the Template Studio for the relevant project so you can manage report templates linked to that project.

Step 2: Enter a template name

In the "Template name" field, type a clear name for your template; saving is blocked and an error message appears if you leave this field empty.

Step 3: Save a new template

Click the "Save Template" button to create a new template; the system saves your sections, links the template to the project, and confirms with a "Template created." message.

Step 4: Load an existing template for editing

Open Template Studio with an existing template selected to automatically load its current name and sections ready for editing.

Step 5: Save changes to an existing template

Review or adjust the existing template details, then click "Save Template" to update it and confirm the changes with a "Template saved." message.
