View organisation branding settings

Review your organisation’s branding configuration, including colours, typography, content snippets and integration details, in a structured, read-only view.

Steps

Step 1: Open the branding settings area

Navigate to the Settings section of the application and select the Branding option to open the branding overview screen that displays your organisation’s current branding configuration.

Step 2: Expand the colours section

In the branding overview, locate the Colours section and select its header to expand it; you can then see each defined colour swatch, its name, and its hexadecimal value.

Step 3: Inspect individual colour swatches

Hover over a colour swatch to reveal the compact hex code displayed within the swatch and confirm that the colour contrast and naming align with your organisation’s guidelines.

Step 4: Review typography and text styles

Expand the Typography or Text Styles section to see the configured fonts, text hierarchies, and related settings that determine how headings and body text appear across the application.

Open the Content and Code-related sections (such as templates, snippets, or embed code) to verify that any descriptive text, legal copy, and integration snippets are up to date.

Step 6: Review web and calendar branding integrations

Expand the Web and Calendar sections, if available, to confirm domains, links, and calendar-specific branding details that affect how your organisation appears on external sites and calendar invites.
