Manage IU usage, costs, and budget alerts
Review IU usage across your organisation, track costs and ROI, and manage budget alerts from the Billing & Plans settings.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open IU usage settings
In the Billing & Plans area, open the IU usage settings to view your organisation’s current usage, costs, and analytics.

Step 2: Review quota overview and current usage
Check the quota overview at the top of the page to see your current IU balance, consumption trends, and whether you are approaching any limits.

Step 3: Refresh usage and analytics data
Use the refresh controls to update all usage, cost, and analytics data so you are working with the latest information.

Step 4: Top up IU quota
Use the top-up action to purchase additional IU quota when your remaining balance is low, ensuring analysis features remain available.

Step 5: Select the reporting period
Use the usage period selector to choose the date range (such as this month or a custom period) that all usage, cost, and ROI views should use.

Step 6: Explore overview, projects, costs, and ROI tabs
Switch between the Overview, Projects, Cost Tracking, ROI, and related tabs to analyse how IU is used across workstreams and where value is created.

Step 7: Review employee and team usage
Open the employee usage view to see grouped usage by user or team, helping you understand adoption and identify heavy users.

Step 8: Configure and toggle budget alerts
Adjust and toggle budget threshold alerts so that you are notified when IU usage or spend gets close to agreed limits.

Step 9: Export usage data
Use the export option to download IU usage, costs, and analytics for the selected period for further analysis or reporting.
