Review project compliance requirements

View and manage the list of compliance requirements for your organisation or project, including checking status, priority and key dates, and taking actions such as viewing details, editing or archiving items.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the compliance requirements list

Navigate to the Compliance section in Settings to see the full list of compliance requirements for your organisation or project; if data is still loading, a spinning loader icon is shown until the list is ready.

Step 2: Review the status, priority and key dates

For each requirement in the list, review its compliance status and priority badges, and check any displayed dates (such as due dates), noting any that appear overdue based on the highlighted styling.

Step 3: View full details of a requirement

Click the View (eye) icon on a requirement to open its full details, where you can read all associated information, documents or context provided for that requirement.

Step 4: Edit an existing requirement (if permitted)

If you have edit permissions, click the Edit (pencil) icon to update the requirement’s information; the system opens the edit view where changes can be made and saved according to your organisation’s workflow.

Step 5: Archive a requirement with confirmation

To remove a requirement from the active list, click the Archive icon; a confirmation dialog appears, allowing you to confirm or cancel, and once confirmed the requirement is archived and no longer shown in the main list.

Step 6: Understand the empty-state guidance

If there are no compliance requirements configured, the page shows an empty-state message with guidance and, if you have edit permissions, a prompt to use the “Add Requirement” action elsewhere on the screen to create your first item.
