Manage IU usage, costs and budget alerts
Review IU usage across your organisation, track costs and ROI, and manage budget alerts to keep spend under control.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open IU usage settings
Go to "Settings" then select "Billing & Plans" and open the IU usage settings section to view organisation-wide usage information.

Step 2: Review quota overview
At the top of the page, check the quota overview card to see current IU allocation, how much has been used, and how much remains in the current period.

Step 3: Change the usage period
Use the usage period selector to switch between the current month and other available date ranges so you can analyse trends over time.

Step 4: Explore usage and analytics tabs
Switch between the overview, project analytics, cost tracking, ROI and budget alert tabs to see detailed metrics, charts and summaries for each area.

Step 5: View employee usage
Open the employees or team usage section to review grouped user activity, understand which teams are driving IU consumption and identify heavy users.

Step 6: Export usage data
Select the export usage option to download a structured usage report that you can share with stakeholders or import into your own reporting tools.

Step 7: Refresh usage and analytics data
Use the refresh controls to pull the latest quota, cost and analytics information so that your view reflects the most recent IU activity.

Step 8: Configure and toggle budget alerts
In the budget alerts area, adjust alert thresholds and toggle alerts on or off to receive early warnings when IU usage approaches your budget limits.

Step 9: Top up IU quota
Use the top-up action to increase your available IU quota when you expect higher demand or when alerts indicate you are close to your limits.
