Configure organisation branding display
Adjust how your organisation’s branding colours and typography are presented in the application so your workspace matches your brand guidelines.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the branding settings area
Navigate to the settings section of the application and open the branding or appearance settings so the branding display panel is visible.

Step 2: Review current branding colours
In the Colours section, review each colour swatch, including its name and hex value, to confirm how your current palette is applied across the interface.

Step 3: Adjust individual branding colours
Use the colour picker controls to update primary, secondary and accent colours; as you change each value, the swatches refresh immediately to reflect the new hex codes.

Step 4: Manage extended colour sets
Where available, add, remove or adjust additional colours (such as background or border colours) using the provided controls so that all interface elements align with your brand palette.

Step 5: Configure typography styles
In the Typography section, use the font selector to choose brand-approved fonts and adjust heading sizes and text styles so that headings, body text and other content follow your brand guidelines.

Step 6: Expand or collapse detailed sections
Use the collapsible section headers, indicated by chevron icons, to expand or collapse detailed configuration areas such as colours, typography and code or embed previews, keeping the view focused on what you are editing.

Step 7: Confirm and apply branding changes
Once you are satisfied with your colour and typography adjustments, review the updated branding preview and apply or save the changes so they take effect across the organisation’s workspace.
