View a shared project document
Use a public sharing link to review a project document, check its details and status, and download or zoom into the document image if available.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the shared document link
Follow the public link you have been given to load the shared document page; the application will fetch the document details and either display the content or show an error if the link is invalid or access is restricted.

Step 2: Review document overview and project details
At the top of the page, review the document title, reference, type, revision, status, and any project or organisation details (such as project name, code, and organisation logo) to confirm you are viewing the correct document.

Step 3: Read the document content or preview
Scroll down to view the main document content; for text-based resources this may appear as formatted text, while uploaded documents may show a thumbnail preview image or summary information depending on the resource type.

Step 4: Verify access and sharing information
Check any visible sharing or access information to understand who can view the document and whether it is restricted; if verification controls are provided, use them to confirm that the document is legitimate and shared as expected.

Step 5: Download the document file
Select the Download control (for example, a button with a download icon) to retrieve the full document file from the provided download link, allowing you to store it locally or share it in line with your organisation’s policies.

Step 6: View the full-size image
If a zoom or full-image option is available, use it to open the document’s full-size image in a larger view so you can inspect drawings, diagrams, or detailed content more closely; close the full-image view when finished.
