View a shared project document
View a project document that has been shared with you via a public link, including its key details and content.

Steps
Step 1: Open the shared document link
Follow the public document link you have been sent; the page loads the shared document using the share token in the URL.
Step 2: Review document header details
At the top of the page, review the document title, project name, organisation name, and version number to confirm you are viewing the correct and most current document.
Step 3: Read the document content
Scroll through the main document preview area to read the sanitised HTML content that has been shared with you, such as headings and paragraphs describing site safety arrangements.
