Review highlighted areas on an image

Use an annotated image to quickly review specific highlighted areas and focus on items that need your attention.

Steps

Step 1: Open the annotated image

Navigate to the screen that displays the image and confirm that the picture loads fully within its container.

Step 2: Show or hide annotation boxes

Use the available control on the page to toggle the display of the overlay boxes so you can see either a clean image or all highlighted areas.

Step 3: Review all highlighted areas

With boxes visible, scan the image to understand where each highlighted area is located and how large it is relative to the full image.

Step 4: Focus on a specific highlighted area

When you select a particular item from the related list or panel, the corresponding box on the image is automatically scrolled into view and visually emphasised.

Step 5: Resize your window to maintain alignment

Adjust your browser or panel size as needed; the boxes will automatically resize and stay aligned with the underlying image.
