Review highlighted areas on an image
Use an annotated image to quickly review specific highlighted areas and focus on items that need your attention.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the annotated image
Navigate to the screen that displays the image and confirm that the picture loads fully within its container.

Step 2: Show or hide annotation boxes
Use the available control on the page to toggle the display of the overlay boxes so you can see either a clean image or all highlighted areas.

Step 3: Review all highlighted areas
With boxes visible, scan the image to understand where each highlighted area is located and how large it is relative to the full image.

Step 4: Focus on a specific highlighted area
When you select a particular item from the related list or panel, the corresponding box on the image is automatically scrolled into view and visually emphasised.

Step 5: Resize your window to maintain alignment
Adjust your browser or panel size as needed; the boxes will automatically resize and stay aligned with the underlying image.
