Review schedule-derived quantity delta for drawing revisions
Review the schedule-derived quantity changes between two drawing revisions and understand when reconciliation is blocked while schedules are still extracting.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the material quantities panel for your drawing comparison
Open the drawing comparison and navigate to the material quantities panel to see the "Schedule-derived quantity delta" section for the selected original and comparison drawings.

Step 2: Check extraction status and reconciliation availability
In the "Schedule-derived quantity delta" section, review the status message such as "Schedule still extracting" and the guidance "Waiting for Original SoM to reach COMPLETED" to understand why reconciliation is currently blocked.

Step 3: View the source schedules of materials (SoM) for each revision
Use the "View SoM" links for the original and comparison drawings to open each schedule document in a new view, so you can inspect the underlying quantities for each revision.

Step 4: Confirm that reconciliation is disabled while extraction runs
Observe that the reconciliation action button (labelled "Waiting for schedules") is disabled until all relevant schedules finish extracting, ensuring that you only reconcile once complete data is available.
