View a full multi-page document from its preview

Use the page preview badge and call-to-action to confirm a document has multiple pages and open the full version in the viewer or via download.

Steps

Step 1: Check whether the document has multiple pages

Open the document preview and look for the badge at the top-left of the large preview image, which will show either 'Page 1 of N' when the total is known or 'Front page shown — multiple pages' when only the front page is available.

Step 2: Confirm page count using the thumbnail marker

If you are viewing the document in a list or card layout, look for the small circular marker on the bottom-right corner of the document thumbnail, which indicates that the document has multiple pages.

Step 3: Open the full document from the preview

Below the multi-page preview, select the 'View full document' button to open the full document in the in-app viewer for supported formats (such as PDF or Word) or trigger the download flow for other file types.

Step 4: Review the remaining pages in the full view

Use the controls in the full document viewer or your device's file viewer to move through each page, confirm key content, and capture any actions you need for your project plan.
