View a shared Health and Safety Plan
Use a shared public link to view the latest version of a construction Phase Health and Safety Plan for your project, without needing to sign in.

Steps
Step 1: Open the shared document link
Follow the shared link you have received to open the public document page in your web browser; the page will load the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan using the secure share token in the URL.
Step 2: Confirm you are viewing the correct project and contractor
At the top of the page, check the document title, project name (for example, "Willowfield SEND School"), and organisation name (for example, "Sewell Construction") to verify you are looking at the right Health and Safety Plan.
Step 3: Check the document version and status
In the header area, review the version number (for example, "v3") and status (such as current) so you know you are viewing the latest approved plan.
Step 4: Read the plan content
Scroll through the document preview area to read the sanitised HTML content, including headings (such as "Section 1") and paragraphs describing the site safety arrangements for your project.
