Review and export material quantity changes
Review AI-assessed material quantity changes between drawing revisions, copy them as CSV, and download them for use in your Schedule of Materials.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the material quantities panel
Open the panel for your selected drawing comparison to see the grouped list of material quantities by category and change type.

Step 2: Review quantity groups and change types
Browse each material category (such as concrete, reinforcement, or structural steel) and review which items were added, removed, or modified between revisions.

Step 3: Inspect individual material lines
Select individual material rows to view their assessed quantities and highlight the corresponding bounding box on the drawing, helping you visually confirm each change.

Step 4: Trigger or refresh quantity assessment
If quantities are not yet available or are out of date, run the on-demand quantity assessment to update the list based on the latest drawing comparison.

Step 5: Copy quantities as CSV to clipboard
Use the copy action to place the current material quantities into your clipboard in CSV format so you can paste them directly into a spreadsheet or estimating tool.

Step 6: Download quantities as a CSV file
Download the material quantities as a CSV file, automatically named with the drawing number and revision, for offline review and sharing with your commercial team.

Step 7: Open the Schedule of Materials for this project
Follow the link to the project’s Schedule of Materials, using the project reference to reconcile assessed quantities with your live schedule.

Step 8: Monitor status messages and warnings
Check any status messages or warnings shown in the panel for information about timeouts, incomplete assessments, or other non-critical issues.
