Manage viewer display modes
Use the viewer controls to switch between full-width and full-screen modes, and access print options for document pages.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Check whether full-screen is available
Open the viewer and confirm whether the full-screen control is available; if your browser or organisation disables full-screen, the option will not be offered so that no control appears that silently does nothing.

Step 2: Toggle full-width view
Use the width control in the viewer to expand the page to full-width for easier reading, then select it again to revert to the standard width without affecting any saved browser settings.

Step 3: Enter full-screen mode
When supported by your browser, select the full-screen control to promote the current page element into full-screen mode, removing surrounding interface elements so stakeholders can focus on the content.

Step 4: Exit full-screen mode
Leave full-screen mode either by using the viewer control again or your browser's standard full-screen exit action; the viewer will correctly reflect that full-screen has been exited even if you do not use the viewer button.

Step 5: Print the current page
Select the print control in the viewer to open your browser's print dialogue and produce a hard copy or PDF of the current page layout.
