Review and manage documents in processing
Use the processing table to search, review and manage documents that are currently being processed in your project workspace.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the processing documents view
From your project area, navigate to the section that shows documents in processing; the processing table will display a list of documents with their names, types and current processing status.

Step 2: Search and filter processing documents
Use the document search controls above the table to filter results by reference, title, filename or other criteria; the table will refresh to show only documents that match your search.

Step 3: Review document details in the side panel
Click on a document row to open the detail panel, where you can see more information about the selected document, including its status, type and any available metadata; close the panel when finished reviewing.

Step 4: Select documents for batch actions
Tick the checkboxes next to one or more documents in the table (or use the header checkbox to select all on the current page) to prepare them for batch actions.

Step 5: Accept a batch of processed documents
With at least one document selected, choose the batch accept option; confirm the action in the confirmation dialog to mark the selected documents as accepted and remove them from the processing queue as configured.

Step 6: Navigate between pages of processing documents
Use the pagination controls below the table, including previous and next arrows, to move through multiple pages of processing documents and review additional items in the queue.

Step 7: Refresh the processing list
Click the refresh control to reload the latest processing information from the server so that any new uploads or status updates are reflected in the table.
