Link a RAMS to its package

Connect a RAMS to the work package it covers — and any temporary works it relies on — so the assessment, the package and the temporary works stay joined up and anyone can see which RAMS applies to which work.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the RAMS item​

Open the RAMS from the project workspace so its detail page is displayed.

Step 2: Open the linked packages and temporary works section​

Go to the section of the RAMS where its linked work packages and temporary works are managed.

Connect the RAMS to the work package it covers, so the assessment is tied to the right scope of work.

Connect the RAMS to any temporary works it relies on, keeping the safety records joined up.

Check that the RAMS now shows its work package and temporary works, so the links are traceable at audit.
