Understand RAMS QR sign-off landing page
When operatives scan a RAMS QR code, they land on this page explaining what the QR is for and how to complete their sign-off using existing methods.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Scan a RAMS QR code on site
An operative scans the RAMS QR code printed on the sign-off poster using their phone or tablet; the QR link opens in the browser and loads the RAMS QR landing page.

Step 2: Confirm the scanned QR is for RAMS sign-off
The page clearly states that the operative has scanned a RAMS sign-off, using the PlanOps branding and RAMS document icon so they know they are in the right place.

Step 3: Read the guidance on how to sign RAMS
The operative reads a short message explaining that phone-based RAMS reading and signing is not yet available, and that they must instead use the paper sign-off sheet or the device used by the site team.

Step 4: Reassure operatives about sign-off validity
The page confirms that their sign-off will still count once it is recorded by the supervisor or site device, reassuring operatives that the current process is valid and recognised.
