Understand RAMS board statuses
Learn what each RAMS status pill means so you can quickly understand progress and where attention is needed.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: View RAMS readiness board
Open the RAMS readiness board to see each RAMS item listed with a coloured status pill showing its current state.

Step 2: Identify overdue RAMS
Look for RAMS rows with a red "Overdue" pill and shield alert icon to see items that have passed their due date and need urgent attention.

Step 3: Check RAMS with changes requested
Find rows with an amber "Changes requested" pill and rotate arrow icon to identify RAMS that must be updated and resubmitted.

Step 4: Spot RAMS awaiting upload
Look for an amber "Awaiting upload" pill with an upload cloud icon where documentation still needs to be provided.

Step 5: Review RAMS currently in review
Note rows with a blue "In review" pill and eye icon, indicating that the RAMS has been submitted and is being checked.

Step 6: Monitor RAMS under assessing
Use the "Assessing" pill with an info tone and scan icon to see RAMS currently being evaluated in more detail.

Step 7: Confirm RAMS not requested
Look for the muted "Not requested" pill with a question-file icon to confirm where a RAMS is not required for that activity.
