Use a QR code link to review a RAMS document, answer safety questions, add your signature and submit a formal sign-off.

Steps​

Scan the QR code or open the shared link to reach the public RAMS page, which automatically loads the job details using the QR token in the URL.

Step 2: Confirm you are on the correct RAMS​

Check the job title, location and operator details on the landing page to ensure you are reviewing the correct RAMS before proceeding.

Step 3: Read the RAMS information​

Scroll through the RAMS content presented on the page, reviewing all relevant safety controls, methods and responsibilities for the job.

Step 4: Answer the RAMS confirmation questions​

Respond to each confirmation question (for example, "Have you read the RAMS for this job?") to record that you have reviewed and understood the document.

Step 5: Add your digital signature​

Use the signature control on the page to capture your digital signature, confirming you agree to the RAMS; the page indicates when the signature has been successfully captured.

Step 6: Submit your RAMS sign-off​

Submit the completed sign-off so that your responses and signature are sent to the system and recorded against the job.
