Monitor RAMS readiness for supply-chain packages
Use the RAMS Readiness Board to see which packages need RAMS, track their status, and trigger the next action for each supplier package.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the RAMS Readiness Board for your project
Navigate to the RAMS Readiness Board for the selected project to see a status-first list of all packages that require RAMS, ordered so the items needing attention appear first.

Step 2: Review package, contractor, and RAMS status at a glance
For each row, check the package name, installing contractor, and the plain-language status pill which combines colour and text to show whether the RAMS is requested, in progress, overdue, or already assessed.

Step 3: Check countdown, overdue status, and AI RAMS verdict
Use the human-friendly countdown text, such as "2 days left" or "Overdue by 1 day", and any AI assessment verdict (compliant, partial, or non-compliant with a score) to prioritise which RAMS need your attention.

Step 4: Filter or search the board to find specific packages
Use the search bar and any filters to quickly find RAMS for a specific package, contractor, or status, so you can focus on a subset of the supply chain when needed.

Step 5: Trigger the next action for a RAMS item
For each row, use the single primary action button—such as Create, Request, Chase, or Review—to move that RAMS forward without opening a separate form screen.

Step 6: Bulk-create RAMS records for multiple packages
When appropriate, select several packages and use the bulk create option to generate RAMS records for all of them at once, reducing manual setup effort.

Step 7: Refresh the board to see the latest RAMS progress
Refresh or revisit the board to pull updated status, countdowns, and AI verdicts from the backend so you always have an up-to-date view of RAMS readiness across the project.
