Understand reviewer decisions on a RAMS

View the final human review decision on a RAMS so you can see who decided, what they decided, when, why, and how it relates to the AI assessment.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the RAMS record​

Navigate to the RAMS detail page for the submission you want to review; the reviewer decision badge appears near the top of the page above the AI assessment band whenever a person has recorded a decision.

Step 2: Check the decision status and explanation​

Read the badge to see whether the RAMS was approved, sent back for changes, rejected, or recorded as another decision type, along with the explanatory note describing what action the reviewer took.

Step 3: Identify who made the decision and when​

Use the reviewer name and timestamp shown on the badge to confirm which reviewer made the decision and the exact date and time it was recorded.

Step 4: See how the decision relates to the AI assessment​

If the reviewer decision overrides the AI assessment, read the override message to understand how the human decision differs from the advisory AI verdict and any previously recorded score.
