Review RAMS AI assessment verdict

Review the AI or manual RAMS compliance verdict, understand key issues and score, and open the full assessment report if needed.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the RAMS record and locate the verdict summary​

Navigate to the relevant RAMS record and scroll to the verdict summary card, where the current assessment status is shown, including whether it is an AI or manually reviewed verdict.

Step 2: Check whether the RAMS has been assessed yet​

If the RAMS has not been assessed, the card shows a "Not yet assessed" status with an explanation that no AI or manual verdict is available; otherwise, the current verdict details appear.

Step 3: Confirm who issued the verdict​

Look at the header text and icon to see whether the verdict was issued by the AI assessment service or manually by a named reviewer, so you understand the source of the decision.

Step 4: Review the overall status and severity​

Use the status pill and accompanying icon to see whether the RAMS has passed, failed, or requires attention, and note any highlighted issue severity to understand immediate risk.

Step 5: For AI verdicts, review score and compliance band​

When the verdict is AI-generated, read the displayed score, maximum score, and compliance band label to understand how well the RAMS meets the assessment criteria.

Step 6: For manual verdicts, confirm pass or fail​

When the verdict is manual, read the "Reviewed by" label and the pass or fail pill to see the reviewer’s decision, noting that no numerical score or AI band is shown.

Step 7: Check assessment date and context notes​

Review the assessment date and any contextual text explaining that this is an advisory AI assessment or a manual decision, so you can place the verdict in the correct process context.

Step 8: Open the full RAMS assessment report​

If a "View full report" link or button is available, select it to open the detailed assessment report in a new view, where you can inspect individual findings and recommendations.
