Review the RAMS AI assessment verdict
Use the RAMS verdict summary to understand AI compliance findings, review key issues, and open the full assessment report before making a decision.

Steps
Step 1: Open the RAMS record
Navigate to the RAMS record you want to review and locate the RAMS AI assessment panel, which shows the current verdict status at the top of the summary card.
Step 2: Check the compliance status and score
Review the compliance band (such as Compliant, At risk, or Non-compliant) and the AI score, shown against its scale, to understand the overall assessment at a glance.
Step 3: Review key issues and flags
Scan the listed issues and risk indicators, paying attention to severity icons and labels, to identify what the AI has flagged as most important for your attention.
Step 4: Confirm assessment timing and context
Check the assessment date, time, and any advisory note explaining that the verdict is an AI recommendation to support—rather than replace—your decision.
Step 5: Open the full RAMS assessment report
Select the report link or button in the verdict summary to open the full AI assessment report in a detailed view for deeper investigation.
Step 6: Return to make your decision
After reviewing the summary and full report, return to your submission or RAMS detail screen to record your accept or reject decision with confidence.
