Monitor RAMS readiness and take next actions
Use the RAMS Readiness Board to see which work packages need RAMS, check status and countdowns, and trigger the next action in one click.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the RAMS Readiness Board for your project
Navigate to your project and open the RAMS Readiness Board to see a status-first list of all required RAMS grouped by package and installing contractor.

Step 2: Filter and scan packages needing attention
Use the search bar and on-screen filters to focus on specific contractors or packages, with overdue and high-attention items automatically surfaced at the top of the board.

Step 3: Review RAMS status, countdown and AI verdicts
For each row, check the colour-coded status pill, the human-readable countdown such as "2 days left" or "Overdue by 1 day", and any AI compliance verdict and score shown alongside.

Step 4: Create RAMS directly from the board
When a RAMS is required but not yet created, use the contextual "Create" action button in the row to start the RAMS record for that package without leaving the board.

Step 5: Request RAMS from contractors
Where RAMS are needed from an installing contractor, click the "Request" primary action to notify them and log that a RAMS has been formally requested.

Step 6: Chase outstanding RAMS with reminders
For overdue or slow-to-arrive RAMS, use the "Chase" or reminder action to send a one-tap chase-up via the built-in reminder flow and track that the reminder was sent.

Step 7: Review submitted RAMS and compliance scores
When a RAMS has been assessed, use the "Review" or "View" action to open the RAMS detail surface, check the AI compliance verdict and score, and confirm whether it is acceptable.

Step 8: Bulk-create RAMS for multiple packages
Where several packages require RAMS, use the bulk-create option on the board to generate RAMS records for multiple packages in one action and review the summary of what was created.
