Review RAMS compliance summary and open full assessment
Use the RAMS verdict summary to quickly understand compliance, key issues and open the full assessment report when needed.

Steps
Step 1: Open the RAMS verdict summary panel
Navigate to the RAMS assessment view where the verdict summary panel appears, showing a labelled compliance pill and the rounded score out of the maximum (for example, "72 / 100").
Step 2: Check the overall compliance level and score
Read the compliance label (such as "Partially compliant") and the score displayed as a fraction of the total (for example, "72 / 100") to understand overall RAMS performance at a glance.
Step 3: Review issue counts by severity
Look at the critical, major and minor issue chips, each labelled with accessible text like "1 critical issue" or "2 major issues", to gauge the severity mix of outstanding problems.
Step 4: Scan the top issues list
Review the list of top issues, including their severity and titles, and expand the details where available (for example, reading "No WAHR controls." under a critical working at height issue).
Step 5: Read the assessment summary rationale
Read the written summary rationale beneath the scores and issues, which explains the main reasons behind the verdict, such as highlighting missing controls or areas that are sound.
Step 6: Open the full assessment report
If a full report is available, select the "View full assessment report" button to open the detailed RAMS assessment linked to the underlying report ID.
