Review the overall RAMS compliance verdict, key issue counts and top risks, and open the full assessment report when available.

Steps
Step 1: Open the RAMS verdict summary
Navigate to the RAMS assessment where the verdict summary is shown to see the compliance status, rounded score and assessment date at a glance.
Step 2: Check the overall compliance status and score
Review the compliance label, such as "Partially compliant", and the rounded score shown against its maximum (for example, "72 / 100") to understand the overall outcome.
Step 3: Review counts of critical, major and minor issues
Look at the labelled issue counters to see how many critical, major and minor issues were identified in the assessment.
Step 4: Read the top issues
Scroll through the listed top issues to understand the most significant risks, including their severity and any supporting detail provided by the assessor.
Step 5: Review the summary rationale
Read the short summary explanation to understand why the verdict was given and what the key contributing factors were.
Step 6: Open the full assessment report
If a "View full assessment report" button is available, select it to open the detailed RAMS report for a complete view of all findings.
