View event performance statistics
Review key performance indicators for an event, including revenue, attendance, and risk-related metrics, in a set of visual statistic cards.

Steps
Step 1: Navigate to the event dashboard
Open the event’s main dashboard page where the statistics cards are displayed, and wait for the event data to load. While loading, placeholder cards appear showing animated grey blocks instead of values.

Step 2: Review overall event performance metrics
Look at the main statistic cards to see headline figures such as total revenue (formatted in your selected currency), booking volume, or other core performance numbers, each with a clear title, value, and supporting icon.

Step 3: Check status indicators and risk warnings
Identify any cards styled with warning or danger colours that highlight potential issues (for example, low sales, high risk, or alerts shown with warning icons), and use these indicators to prioritise follow-up actions.

Step 4: Interpret trends and changes over time
Where trend information is shown, review the trend values and their positive or negative indication to understand whether performance is improving or declining across the monitored statistics.
