Understand and use the Events empty state

Learn what happens when there are no events to show and how to start logging proactive risk events from the empty state.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Events section

Navigate to the Events section from your main navigation to see the list of all recorded risks and incidents.

Step 2: Switch between All, Risks and Incidents views

Use the view filter to switch between All events, Risks only, or Incidents only; when there are no items in a view, an empty state message is displayed.

Step 3: Review the empty state guidance

When the register is empty, read the guidance explaining why no events are listed and how to begin recording risks and incidents.

Step 4: Use the assist task from the Risks view

In the Risks view empty state, select the contract document review assist option to start logging proactive risk events into the risk register.

Step 5: Use the assist task from the All view

In the All view empty state, choose the opportunity identification assist option to capture potential value and risks identified across your project.

Step 6: Confirm the assist panel opens

After choosing an assist option, check that the assist panel or modal opens so you can follow the prompts to add details for the new event.
