Manage the incident register

View and manage recorded incidents for your project from the Incidents view of the Events section, and open any incident to review its details.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Incidents view

Navigate to the Events section and switch to the Incidents view; the list of recorded incidents for the project loads automatically.

Step 2: Review the incident list

Scan the list to see each incident's title, status, severity, and the date it was recorded so you can understand the current state of the register.

Step 3: Filter and sort incidents

Use the available filters and sorting controls to focus on incidents by status, severity, or date range.

Step 4: Open an incident to view details

Select an incident to open its detail view, where you can review the full description, any linked events, and associated context.

Step 5: Record or update an incident

Create a new incident or update an existing one where you have permission, so the register reflects the latest position.
