Review and manage events in the event list

Use the event list to review, open, and manage individual events, including loading more results as you scroll.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the events view

Navigate to the section of the application that shows your events; the list displays each event in its own card with key details such as title, date, and financial information.

Step 2: Review individual event cards

Scan each event card to quickly understand the event status, nature, and any headline figures (for example, budget in GBP), using the compact view where enabled to see more events at once.

Step 3: Open an event to view full details

Select an event card to open it and see all available details; use this when you need more context before making changes or decisions.

Step 4: Edit an existing event

Use the Edit option on an event card to adjust its information, such as timings, ownership, or other configuration, ensuring the list always reflects the latest plan.

Step 5: Create a new event from the empty state

When no events are shown, use the Create new option presented in the empty state panel to start defining a new event from scratch.

Step 6: Convert (materialise) a draft or planned event

Where available, use the Materialise option on an event card to convert a draft or planned record into a fully active event in your workflow.

Step 7: Delete an event you no longer need

Use the Delete option on an event card to remove an event from the list, keeping your event portfolio focused on current and relevant activity.

Step 8: Clear filters when no matching events are found

If filters hide all events, use the Clear filters action in the empty state to remove the active filters and show the full list again.

Step 9: Load more events by scrolling

Scroll down to the bottom of the list to automatically load additional events; a loading indicator briefly appears while more event cards are retrieved.

Step 10: Use AI assist from the empty state (where available)

When configured, start the AI assist feature from the truly empty state to receive suggestions or help generating events or next actions.
