Filter events

Use the event filters popover to quickly narrow down the list of events by nature, type, category, and proximity.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the filters popover

Click the Filters button (with the funnel icon) above the event list to open the filter popover panel.

Step 2: Select event natures

In the popover, choose one or more event natures by clicking their options; selected natures are highlighted and immediately applied to the event list.

Step 3: Choose event types

Click on the event type options to include or exclude specific event types; the event list updates instantly based on your selection.

Step 4: Filter by event categories

Use the category options to refine events by their category; toggle categories on or off as needed to focus on relevant events.

Step 5: Refine by proximity

Select one or more proximity options to limit events by how close or relevant they are; changes take effect as soon as you click.

Step 6: Review active filters

Check the Filters button badge, which shows a count of all active filters across natures, types, categories, and proximities.

Step 7: Clear all filters

Use the clear option in the filters popover (or any dedicated Clear button) to remove all selected filters and return to the full event list.
