Understand and use the empty events state
Learn what you can do when no events are shown, including adjusting filters, creating new events, and using AI assistance.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Review why no events are displayed
When the events list is empty, check the message to see whether there are currently no reactive or proactive events that match your view.

Step 2: Clear filters to broaden your event view
If filters are applied, use the clear filters option in the empty state panel to reset them and reveal all available events.

Step 3: Create or trigger a new event
Use the primary action button in the empty state to start the process of creating or triggering a new event of the relevant type.

Step 4: Use AI assistance to decide next actions
When available, launch the AI assistant from the empty state to review suggestions and decide what proactive or reactive events to create next.

Step 5: Switch to a compact empty state view
In layouts that support it, view the compact empty state so you can still see guidance and actions while focusing on nearby content.
