View and manage linked entities for an event
Review all entities linked to an event, open their details, and remove links that are no longer needed.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the linked entities panel
Navigate to the event and scroll to the linked entities section. If any entities are linked, they will be listed; if not, you will see a message indicating that there are no linked entities.

Step 2: Review linked entities by type
Observe that linked entities are grouped by type (for example, sites, projects, or documents) with a label and icon for each group, making it easy to see what is associated with the event.

Step 3: Open a linked entity from the list
Select a linked entity item to navigate to its detailed view. The system opens the relevant page so you can review or update its information.

Step 4: Use compact chips to navigate quickly
When the compact view is enabled, click any linked entity chip to jump directly to that entity’s details without expanding a full list.

Step 5: Access more options for a linked entity
Open the context menu (for example, via a more options button) next to a linked entity to reveal available actions such as navigating to the entity or removing the link.

Step 6: Remove an entity link from the event
Choose the remove option for a linked entity to detach it from the event. The entity itself remains in the system, but it will no longer appear in the event’s linked entities list.
