Manage event actions from the event list
Use the event action menu to quickly view details, update information, mark proactive events as occurred, or delete events from the event list.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the event action menu
In the event list, locate the event you want to manage and select the three-dot (More) button at the end of the row to open the action menu.

Step 2: View event details
In the action menu, select "View Details" (with the eye icon) to open the full event information in a detailed view.

Step 3: Edit an event
In the action menu, select "Edit" (with the pencil icon) to open the event in edit mode so you can update its information.

Step 4: Mark a proactive event as occurred
For proactive events only, choose "Mark as Occurred" (with the lightning icon) in the action menu to record that the anticipated event has now taken place.

Step 5: Delete an event
In the action menu, select "Delete" (with the bin icon) to remove the event; confirm the deletion if a confirmation prompt appears.
