Filter register records

Use the register filter bar to narrow down records by status, type and date range so you can focus on the items that matter most.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the register with filter options

Navigate to the register you want to review; the filter bar appears at the top of the list showing status chips, type filter and date range controls.

Step 2: Filter records by status

Select one or more status chips such as "Overdue", "Due soon" or "Up to date" to show only records matching those statuses; select a highlighted chip again to remove that status from the filter.

Step 3: Filter records by type

Click the "Type filter" button to open the multi-select popover, tick one or more types such as "Drawing" or "RFI", and close the popover to apply the selected types to the register.

Step 4: Filter records by date range

Use the "Date range" control to choose the period you are interested in so the register only shows records within that time frame.

Step 5: Review and adjust applied filters

Check the applied filter chips shown with the register; remove any filter chip you no longer need to immediately update the records list.
