View and export a saved register

Review a saved register version in full-screen, explore grouped rows with sorting and pagination, and export the register to PDF or CSV.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the saved register page

Navigate to the Saved Register view from your project and open the full-page version of the register you want to review. The header shows the register name, version number, who generated it, and when it was created.

Step 2: Review register filters and summary

Check the filter chips at the top of the page to understand how the register has been scoped, and review any summary information shown above the table.

Step 3: Browse grouped rows in the table

Scroll through the grouped, worst-first table to see all items included in this version of the register. Group headings help you understand how issues are clustered.

Step 4: Sort columns to change the row order

Use the column headers to sort data in ascending or descending order. The table refreshes using server-side sorting so you always see the correct order for the current page.

Step 5: Change the page size and move between pages

Adjust the number of rows shown per page using the page-size control, and use the pagination controls to move between pages while the server loads only the rows you need.

Step 6: Open an item from the register

Click any row in the table to navigate to the underlying item and view its full details in the relevant part of the application.

Step 7: Switch between register versions

Use the version switcher to change which generated version of the register you are viewing, so you can compare earlier and later snapshots.

Step 8: Print or save the register as a PDF

Select the Print or PDF option in the header to generate a print-ready view of the current register version that matches the modal export.

Step 9: Download the register as a CSV file

Choose the Download CSV option to export the full register version as a CSV file, keeping it aligned with the modal export for offline analysis or reporting.
