Preview and export a risk register

Use the register preview dialog to review grouped risk data and export it to PDF or CSV for sharing and reporting.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the risk register preview

Open the register preview dialog from your risk register screen to see a read-only snapshot of the current register, including its title, version, and project details.

Step 2: Review grouped risks by status

In the dialog, review risks grouped by classification status (High, Medium, Low, Unassessed), with each group clearly highlighted so you can focus on the most critical items first.

Step 3: Check the risk details and columns

Scroll through the table to confirm each risk’s key details, including reference, description, impact value, open actions, probability, risk owner, response in place, tags, and dates.

Step 4: Export the register to PDF

Select the PDF export option in the dialog to generate a PDF copy of the current register layout, preserving the grouping and all visible columns for offline review or sharing.

Step 5: Export the register to CSV

Select the CSV export option to download the same register data in a spreadsheet-friendly format, ready for further analysis or inclusion in reports.
