View register cell details
Use the register table to review consistently formatted cell values, tones and stages across all register views.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open a register
Navigate to the relevant register, such as the Temporary works register or Plant register, so the table of entries is displayed.

Step 2: Scan tone and status chips
Review the coloured chips in each row to quickly see critical, warning, ok or neutral items, using the icons and tones to spot risks and priorities.

Step 3: Read formatted cell values
Look across the row to see neatly formatted dates, text and identifiers, with empty values shown as an em dash for clarity.

Step 4: Check hire stage and sign-off
Use the stage chips in relevant columns to confirm each item’s current hire stage or sign-off status without opening a separate view.

Step 5: Verify consistent data across views and exports
Compare the on-screen register with preview modals or downloaded CSV/PDF exports, knowing that each cell is rendered in a consistent way everywhere.
