View impact confidence badges on events
Understand how impact confidence badges appear on event-related screens so you can quickly gauge the assessed confidence level for each event.

Steps
Step 1: Locate the impact confidence badge on an event
Open an event or event list where impact confidence is displayed; look for a small rounded badge next to the event’s impact details showing the current confidence level (for example, Low, Medium or High).
Step 2: Interpret the badge label and colour
Use the text label and background/text colour of the badge to understand the configured confidence level for that event, as defined by your organisation’s impact confidence settings.
Step 3: Compare confidence badges across multiple events
When viewing a list of events, scan the badges shown against each entry to compare confidence levels at a glance and prioritise which events may require further review.
Step 4: View badges in different sizes in context
Notice that badges may appear slightly smaller or larger depending on where they are used in the interface (for example, in tables versus detailed views), while still conveying the same confidence information.
