View how soon an event is happening

Understand how soon an event is scheduled to take place by viewing a coloured proximity badge on event-related screens.

Steps​

Step 1: Locate the event in the list or detail view​

Open the relevant page that lists events or shows a single event and find the event you are interested in; the proximity badge will appear next to the event information if proximity data is available.

Step 2: Read the proximity badge label and colour​

Look at the badge text and background colour to see how soon the event is happening (for example, indicating whether it is upcoming, imminent, or in the future), using the tooltip on hover for a more detailed description if needed.

Step 3: Use the icon to quickly scan urgency​

If icons are shown, use the visual icon alongside the label to quickly scan a list of events and identify the most urgent or time-sensitive ones at a glance.
