Steps
Step 1: Locate impact badges in the event list or details
Open the relevant event list or event details page and look for small rounded badges next to each event, indicating its impact category through colour, icon, and label.
Step 2: Identify the impact category by label and colour
Read the text label on the badge and note its background and text colour to understand which impact category the event belongs to, as defined by your organisation’s configuration.
Step 3: Use icons to recognise categories more quickly
Where icons are shown on the badge, use the visual symbol alongside the label to recognise common impact categories more quickly when scanning through multiple events.
Step 4: Compare impact categories across multiple events
Scroll through the event list and compare badges side by side to see how events differ in impact category, helping you prioritise planning, reporting, and follow-up actions.
