Manage empty event lists and start recording events
Learn how to handle an empty event list by clearing filters or creating the first risk, opportunity, or incident record.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Review why no events are shown
When the events list is empty, read the on-screen message to understand whether there are no matching events due to filters or no events have been created yet.

Step 2: Clear filters when no matching events are found
If the message says there are no matching events and a “Clear Filters” button is shown, select “Clear Filters” to remove all filters and reload the full list of events.

Step 3: Create the first risk or opportunity
If the message indicates there are no risks or opportunities, select “Add Risk” to start recording proactive risks or opportunities for your project.

Step 4: Report the first incident
If the message indicates there are no incidents reported, select “Report Incident” to create the first reactive incident record.

Step 5: Create a general event when no type is specified
If you see a message that there are no events yet, select “Create Event” to add your first event and start tracking project issues or activities.
