View and edit an agent schedule
View the full details of an existing agent schedule, adjust its timing and assigned agent/task, and save or cancel your changes.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the schedule detail view
From the schedules list, select a schedule to open its detail view where you can see its name, description, assigned agent, task, frequency, timing, and status. Use the back arrow at the top left to return to the previous screen at any time.

Step 2: Review schedule information
Review the current schedule settings, including the frequency label (for example, Daily or Weekly), whether the schedule is enabled, and the planned run time and date or days. Check that the selected agent and task match the work you expect to be automated.

Step 3: Enter edit mode
Select the edit option to make the schedule fields editable. The name, description, agent, task, frequency, timing, and enabled status become available to change while the schedule details remain visible for reference.

Step 4: Choose or change the agent
Use the agent selector to pick the agent that should run this schedule. Once you choose an agent, the system loads the tasks available for that agent so that only compatible tasks can be selected.

Step 5: Select the task to run
Use the task selector to choose the specific task the agent should execute on this schedule. After selection, the task name and summary are shown so you can confirm you have picked the correct automation.

Step 6: Adjust the schedule frequency and timing
Choose a frequency such as Once, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, then set the relevant time options, including time of day, date, days of the week, day of month, or minute of the hour as applicable. The summary indicators update to reflect how often and when the task will run.

Step 7: Enable or disable the schedule
Toggle the enabled status to decide whether the schedule should be active. When disabled, the schedule is kept for later use but will not trigger runs until re-enabled.

Step 8: Save or cancel your changes
Select the save control (with the save icon) to apply your changes to the schedule. If you decide not to proceed, use the cancel option to discard all edits and keep the existing configuration unchanged.
