Review usage summary cards
Quickly review key usage metrics in a card-based overview to understand current activity and trends across your account.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the usage overview page
Navigate to the usage or analytics area of the app where the usage summary cards are displayed in a grid layout at the top of the page.
Step 2: Confirm data is loading correctly
When the page first opens, check for the loading indicator cards with spinning icons, which show that your usage data is being retrieved.
Step 3: Review total usage metrics
Once loaded, look at the primary cards to see overall usage values, highlighted in large accent text, giving you an at-a-glance understanding of current consumption.
Step 4: Check segmented usage by category
Use the individual cards, each with its own icon and title, to understand how usage is distributed across different categories such as calls, tiers, or other tracked items.
Step 5: Assess contextual subtitles
Read the smaller subtitle text beneath each main value for additional context, such as how the figure is calculated or what period it covers.
Step 6: Monitor usage trends
For cards that include a trend line, review the green trend label and arrow icon to understand whether usage is increasing and by how much.
Step 7: Identify any data issues
If an error card appears across the full width of the grid, use the red error message as a signal that usage data could not be loaded and may need further investigation.
