Manage Intelligence Unit quota warnings

Review and act on Intelligence Unit quota warnings so your team can continue using the product without interruptions.

Steps

Step 1: Notice a quota warning banner

When your organisation is running low on Intelligence Units or has used them up, a coloured warning banner appears at the top of the page highlighting the current quota status.

Step 2: Review the warning details

Read the warning title and message to see whether your Intelligence Units are running low or fully exhausted, and understand how many units are left or why usage has stopped.

Step 3: Purchase more Intelligence Units

If available, select "Buy more Intelligence Units" on the banner to open your billing or purchasing flow and increase your organisation’s quota.

Step 4: Switch to a simpler tool to reduce usage

When the banner indicates you are running low but not fully exhausted, choose "Use a simpler tool" to switch to a lower-usage option and stretch your remaining Intelligence Units.

Step 5: Dismiss the quota warning

If you understand the situation and have taken action elsewhere, close or dismiss the banner (where available) so it no longer appears while you work.
