Manage Intelligence Unit quota warnings

Review and act on quota warnings when your organisation is low on or has exhausted Intelligence Units.

Steps

Step 1: Notice a quota warning banner

When your organisation is running low on or has used up its Intelligence Units, a coloured warning banner appears at the top of the relevant page, explaining your current usage status.

Step 2: Review the warning details

Read the title and message in the banner to understand whether you are running low on Intelligence Units or have exhausted them, including the approximate amount remaining if applicable.

Step 3: Top up Intelligence Units

If available, select the "Top up" button in the banner to open your billing or quota management area, where you can purchase additional Intelligence Units for your organisation.

Step 4: Switch to a different model

If the option is shown, choose the "Switch model" button to move to an alternative model that may use fewer Intelligence Units, helping you stay within your current quota.

Step 5: Use the suggested alternative action

Where provided, review the suggested no-cost alternative action in the banner and select it to continue working in a way that does not consume additional Intelligence Units.

Step 6: Dismiss the quota warning

If you understand the impact and do not need to act immediately, select the close icon in the banner to dismiss the warning and continue using the application without the alert displayed.
