Review employee AI usage by person

Use the Employee Usage list to see how much AI each employee is using, including unattributed usage and impact over a selected period.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the employee usage view

Navigate to the usage section of the application and select the employee-level usage view to display AI consumption grouped by individual team members.

Step 2: Review overall employee usage summary

At the top of the card, review the total interaction units (IU), number of active employees, and any unattributed usage to understand overall adoption.

Step 3: Scan the ranked list of employees

Scroll through the ordered list of employees to see who is using AI the most, with each row showing their name or email, IU total, token usage, and activity count.

Step 4: Compare contribution percentages

Use the percentage of total usage and the horizontal progress bars to compare how much each employee contributes to overall AI consumption.

Step 5: Identify unattributed usage

Locate the row labelled as unattributed usage at the bottom of the list to see how much AI activity is not linked to a specific employee.

Step 6: Examine hours saved where available

When the hours saved metric is present, review this column to understand productivity impact per employee alongside their raw usage.

Step 7: Drill down into an employee's usage

Expand a row using the breakdown controls to see a more detailed drilldown of that employee's usage patterns over the selected period.
