Review IU usage by project

Understand how Intelligence Units (IU) are consumed across your projects for the selected period and filters.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the IU usage by project view​

Navigate to the governance or analytics area and open the view that shows "IU Usage by Project" so the project usage list is visible.

Step 2: Review total IU, active projects, and unattributed IU​

At the top of the view, check the summary cards showing total IU for the selected period, the number of active projects, and the volume of unattributed IU.

Step 3: Scan the ranked list of projects​

Scroll through the "IU Usage by Project" list to see projects ranked by IU usage for the current period and applied filters.

Step 4: Identify unattributed IU entries​

Look for the dashed, grey-highlighted row marked as unattributed to understand how much IU could not be tied to a specific project.

Step 5: Expand a project to see top contributors​

For any project row, expand the breakdown to reveal its top contributors and see which people or activities are driving IU consumption.

Step 6: Refine your view with filters and period selection​

Adjust the filters or reporting period in the surrounding governance view, then revisit the list to see how IU usage by project changes.
