Select a usage analytics period

Choose a preset or custom date range to control what usage analytics data is displayed.

Steps

Step 1: Open the usage period controls

Locate the Period control at the top of the usage analytics view, showing the current date range selection.

Step 2: Choose a preset date range

In the Usage period group, select one of the preset buttons (for example, Last 7 days or This month) to immediately update the analytics to that range.

Step 3: Switch to a custom date range

Click the Custom option to use your existing dates as a starting point and reveal the date range picker for manual adjustment.

Step 4: Adjust the custom start and end dates

In the date range picker, select a From date and a To date to build a custom range; the analytics will refresh to reflect your chosen period.
